Uts Mobile Application — Not working in my new handset

I have been using uts on mobile application on my samsung s4 handset and then i gave a change hand set request and then i sold that handset and forgot to request change handset again. Now, i have sent a email to "[protected]@cris.org.in" to change my handset request because i had my mumbai local ticket in that and rs 270 in my r - wallet. I did not get any response and then i tried calling help line number but is is not working and shutdown since a month. I tried calling chennai help lie number and they said they can not help me since it in in mumbai region. Can some one help me to get my dues recovered and help me to get this applicatin working on my new handset.

Hi,

I have been asked to change the sim slot from 1 to sim slot 2 to get this working. However. I have tried that and it did not work. Could you please help me to get this resolved. I have my season ticket booked under this handset and now i can not use it. Daily i ma purchasing tickets to travel to my work. I really do not understand how this application works and how it has been made available to customers like me who wanted to support "go green" and support digitization by not taking the printout of the tickets and expecting the that your 24*7 support works.

But, my assumption was totally wrong.

First of all the mumbai number provided under faq is switched off from last one week. And they does not respond to the mail address "[protected]@cris.org.in" as well.

Thanks to the chennai support and at least they have courtesy to reply to the email sent to their email id "[protected]@cris.org.in"

Now i call chennai support number as well and no one was available to pick the call.

Now, my problem is still not resolved. I am still waiting it to be resolved. Could someone call me or reply me with proper steps to be taken to fix the issue and get it working as expected.

I am again providing you the details.

I am using samsung j7 prime with [protected] as my mobile number.

The problem is.. It says me to use the registered handset to login. Or change handset request on www.utsonmobile.indianrail.gov.in. and i have already done it.

Could some one fix this issue and make it working for me.
