My uts username is [protected]. I recharged my uts wallet with rs.5000/- but i didn't use my wallet amount and surrendered my amount. Everything's was possible i doing my job, email, 138 phone call but no response at all. Now i want my refund. I got a message from irctc and got a surrendering confirmation code 3932 dated 21/12/2018. Kindly convey me how i will get my refund? Please help me.
