Utsav Gas Service — Non-updation of kyc

I have submitted the kyc documents in person at utsav gas sewa office in patna on 21 june 2016. It has been more than a month and they have not updated it yet. Hence, i am not avail the cooking gas service of bharat gas. I had told them that i am working and it is not possible to visit them frequently. So please check the documents and update it.
But, they have not done their job and when i try to contact them over phone they are now asking to come to their office again.
