Utsav Padh — not providing settlement letter and collection agent telling that settlement has been done

I have settled my credit card of kotak credit card urban.in january i have settled the account of credit card from mr dashrath bosamiya and he told me that your settlement has been done but he is not providing settlement yet. My num is [protected]. And he is telling that you have to pay 10750 my settlement has been done in 16000/4 =4000 i have paid 2 installment so 8000 is remaining and he is telling that you have to pay 10750. So please resolve my problem
