It is totally Fraud and trap the client. They have take booking with positive word. Then he will not able to provide booked car during booking day. He will told you, sorry sir not able to provide this car. can i send alto on behalf of book car.? if you will cancel entire booking then your booking amount will be fraud and he will alway say, i will return your booking amount after 10 days and days never come. if you will not cancel the booking then he will ask some extra charge for same.
