On 23rd april 2019 i ordered one of product from online utsavsuits.com
The product they delivered is not the one i have ordered (Totally different dress), secondly the product does not fits me. I have ordered for xxxl maroon dress with palazzo whereas i rec'd cream & orange salwar suit. After intimating and mailing for several times they mailing on 3rd may stating we apologize and asked for my bank details snaps of the wrong product and my order which i placed through their website. After mailing those details on 7th may i again received mail stating we are extremely sorry we couldn't meet your expectation but we accept returns for the products only if they are damaged or defective, and as we can see that the product is fine so returns will not be possible in this order. This mail i received from vaishali from utsavsuits. For which i again keep on replying it's not the order which i placed for for and i need my money back inspite of giving proofs n pics of product they are accepting and giving me money back. They even charged me 1560 which was not the amount for my product it was 1390/- please do the needful on priority basis and help me to get this resolved.
