Utsavsuits — regarding return and refund for these clothing

I had ordered a dress from utsavsuits. The order number was US[protected]. The product name is u'167_orange/lehnga*S(1) '. The item was delivered on 1st June 2019. The material of the dress was highly disappointing. I have asked them to pick up the return item and refund my money back since 2nd June. But there is no response from their side at all. I have requested them through the site, mail to cs.[protected]@gmail.com, Facebook. But they are not showing any response from their side. I want to return this cheap material dress and want my money back. Kindly help me to me get my money back.
