Purchased a dress yellow and blue designer. The dress is delivered, the qulaity is very bad. I checked for refund option, it is no where available .I tried to reach uttam vastra on customer care it is always busy. I read a fellow customer complaint according to him, though he returned his apparel the company didnt refund money Was this information helpful? | |||||
Nov 18, 2015 Complaint marked as Resolved I talked to the customer care and told I was unable to reach them for 3 days, the executive asked me to mail my acct no, order no and courier receipt. once I mailed the details to [email protected] my money was refunded immediatley. I have received the product 2 days ago, since then I am trying to return the product as the quality was not good but my orders does not open up so that I can create the request, I am completely frustrated now..
