I have ordered two dress materials for rs.1198. Bt the quality of the product is so cheap n the designs are also totally different from the image. So i have asked for return n they have told me to self return it. According to them i have returned the product through india post with costing rs.150. They have received the product n asked me the reason for returning through phone. But after sum days when i didn't got my refund i mailed them n den they replied me that they have received the wrong product which is only 1 saree nt the dress materials. How can they say like dis after so many days when it's time to refund my amount. They r totally telling lie jst bcuz they don't want to refund my amount. I m continuously sending mails to them bt they are not responding. I tried to contact customer service bt it is always busy or not reachable. After receiving my returned product they have called me also for the reason of return n i have told dem the reason. I have also asked dem when will i get back my refund n they have told me after 30-35days. Totally disappointed with dis site. Fraud company. It's my suggestion to everyone never buy any product from dis site.

I have ordered salwar suit of Order No:515386 on 10th March 2017.I got a dispatched message with the tracking no-G991L0835675 .I was able to see the status in first flight courier as "arrived at destination".But still I didn't get my order and no messages after that.
Let me know what is my order status.
Either It got cancelled or delayed .It should informed in prior to the customer.

As Uttamvastra only has initiated cancel, i request you to refund my payment (rs. 2338).

I bought a product from Uttamvastra, I didn't like the product. So I request for the return that Order. After that customer care, the team requested me to self-return that order which I did. they said that they will refund that amount of the courier charges. but still, only product cost is refunded. I want to know when will that amount of self-return charges will be refunded back to me.

I bought a dress from uttamvastra having Order No.438495 and that was of very bad material not according to the image on website. Later, I tried to return that product, unfortunately Their site was navigating me to Google Play store to download app . I downloaded it to return product and after that I tried it to login it with existing credentials to return product. But it was getting failed saying that bad credentials. This I tried for many days. Even there was not any link to recover my password. Although the credentials were correct. Now I am able to login to site but when I return their order, there was not any reply from their side. Moreover when I tried calling their customer care number. that also was nit reachable. One day luckily I was able to connect and they said me that I have to return their product by posting that product on their address. why should I return that? Please help me with this. Please I am unable to return their product and the product is very very bad. I want my refund asap.

Neither did I get my order, nor the refund. I can't even login to my account to check my order/transaction or anything.

After I sent a mail to support last week, I got to know today that my order was returned and I wasn't even informed about that. Because I didn't get my order on time, I'm not sure what do I do next as that was placed in urgency of an upcoming family event.

This is to state that i have ordered a saree from this site on 21st august and got it on 27th august. However, the design of the saree is not same as shown online and also the material of cloth is very poor. I registered my complain for return and refund and it is almost going to be a month but no one came to take back the product. I want to return the product and kindly refund my money.

I received defected saree pl back my cash I can't take this saree.I call u before 1 month for this but no any respoce by u I'm serious about this product otherwise I take legal action for this and ur product.all the product sell by u its defected no any responcibility take any product by u fake product and photos original product is defected.pl reply my complain otherwise I take legal step.

I placed an order on 31st july 2016 and till date it's status is shown as processing. Why it hasn't delivered the product? It appears they have tried to establish my money as there website doesn't carry any contact number or email address where one can put a query on the status. The wait is too long now and i wanted to gift that product but now it's too late.

I ordered a dress from uttamvastra. Its cloth quality is very bad. And the work is also different from the pic they have shown on their site. And even the cloth is also different.. I didnt like the product.. I want to return it. I have also made return request but they didnt give any reponse.. Support me.. I have made many calls also.. They are not picking up the fon... Plz refund my money

Actually i have submitted a request for return of the product. But i dint receive any respond to that request. So i thought of replacing that product. I have given request for replace. Bt still the status is pending from your side.

I have ordered 4 sarees earlier and I have received it.But two more extra were delivered to me now.I want to return those sarees now.Already I have complained about this earlier but we received no information regarding our complains.We also received a call from your company but still no one came to collect the extra sarees.We would like to bring to your notice that send someone to collect those sarees.We also tried the customer care number but we couldn't contact anyone there.kindly take necessary actions.

Through dtdc courier service *z97143190* on dated 9-8-2016.so now plz refund my money 699+200=899/- as soon as possible.this was received by me on dated 6-8-2016.&I return it through courier on my own payment of 200/- but I have not got any answer not yet.so plz refund my payment soon
