This is my send email. I had ordered on 17th feb 2016 (Kurti & Legging). I need Red color instead of pink (Kurti Embroidery). When i had checked on net its seems red embroidery. But in actual it is pink. I had also complaint to Uttam customer care & consumer forum, at that time they replied me by mail they will refund with in 3-4 working days. I had given all details by mail like my invoice copy & account detail but Apx 2 month past i am still waiting for refund .Can you Please help me for refund my amount or provide me red color embroidery on Kurti. Please response asap. I will be very thank full to you. Below mentioned are my Account detail for refund. I had also attached my previous email reply.
