I, kamini jadhav, have purchases 2 dress materials online from the online shopping site i.E. Uttam vastra online shopping order no. Being 268424. As per mentioned in the advertisement of the product, it was mentioned that the said products are cotton, embroidered but as we got the product in hand we found that the cloth of the dress material was polyester, no finishing not even embroidered. As we were disappointed by the product recieved. We raised a refund order and recieved a mail from the company that the courier company will collect the product from us and we will get the refund within 10-15 days. Refund order was raised on 9th march and ever since then the company has not sent any courier person not we have being refunded. I have made almost 20-25 calls and my call expenses are around rs.200. As per our telephonic conversation, I have arranged a return pickup of your order through FedEx Courier Services and would like to assure you that your product will be picked up in 3-4 working days.
Please insert the Uttamvastra invoice in the box while yo return both the products and save the courier receipt you receive from the courier boy while you handover your product for return.
Once we receive your product at our store, your refund will be processed to your bank account mentioned on the refund form in 3-4 working days.
