[Resolved] Uttamvastra.com — Online purchase of product through debit card not delivered

I've purchased one dress material from Uttam Vastra online shopping site using debit card but the item is not delivered though the amount has been debited from my bank account. Company team is reluctant to respond to the queries and not cooperating when asked for. They just devoured the money and falsely confirmed delivery. There is no log in support provided in the site for me.
