Hi, My order number is 104949 and it was delivered on 04/01/2016. I want to return this as the quality is very bad and the colour is very dull. I have raised a return request by filling the required details(bank details) but i didnt get any further communication like return request created. There is no change in the screen. Please resolve this issue and process my refund request for this order. Thanks, Thivya.G
