Had ordered 3 dress materials on 18/3/2016 and i got the delivery on 19/3/2016. from which one product was faulty and one was colour mismatch. only one material was in good condition. So i raised a query for return. the two faulty dresses were picked up on 29/3/2016. I was told that i would get the refund amount via NEFT in my bank account in 10 working days. the same has been not updated even after 13 days.
