Order No: 137368 was placed on 5th January, Its still not shipped, Twice I have raised my concerns with customer care for fast delivery but no help yet.Kindly speedup the process as I need it by 16th anyhow.

HI, My order number is 104114 deliver on 4/01/2016. I want to return this as the quality is very bad and colour deffrent and very dull. I raised a return request and i didnt get any further communication details. And dashboard shows nothing. Customer care number is always busy. Please resolve this issue. my mobile no.[protected]

What should i do now?
