I understand that you have ordered 28 sarees from which 20 sarees were different from the images shown on website.
After checking the details of your order, I would like to assure you that the sarees you have ordered on whatsapp are "Bhagalpuri Printed Sarees" which does not have any kind of work (embroidery/lacing) on it. The sarees you have ordered were the same which are sent to you (colour, material).
I would also like to inform you that we have clearly stated our terms and conditions (along with description of the sarees colour, material) for wholesale order which you agreed and thereafter payment procedure was discussed to finalize the order.
For your reference, we have attached image of terms and conditions which were discussed with you before you placed an order.
If you have received any defective saree, we can get it replaced with a new one of the same make & material.
