Kindly look into this matter, as the error is still not rectified, and the personnel in the Radhanagar Colony area of Vrindavan are asking us to pay an erroneous amount of Rs 5500/-, while the actual bill will be around Rs 300/-. Is it a meter issue? The local monkeys have mishandled the meter box, and the wires were torn by them.
Hi there, after repeated complaints and reminders that u guys have sent an erroneous bill, you guys have not yet rectified it and are asking us to pay the full amount. There is a bare-minimum unit consumption because nobody stayed during that period.
The bill amount has now risen to Rs 8000/-, which is very high and not justified. They have made delays in resolving the issue; why do we pay the amount? If there is issue why they have not fixed it?
Kindly fix the error we will not pay the fraud/miscalculated bill.
