We would like to request you, i made multiple complaint in electricity department (https://uppcl.mpower.in/) to correct my wrong electricity bill, but they are not listening, they sending bill since the meter installed, request you help,

Problem description: electricity department sending wrong bill, the bill that i paid in previous that also adding, many time i talked to them made complaint also above some complaint numbers are mentioned for the reference. But they are not agree to resolve i have all the receipt that i paid in previous we shown that also. Kindly help us.
