Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation [UPPCL] — 1000 paid by UPI but no recharge token received

Today, on 10.03.2023 at 12:12 pm, I recharged my genus prepaid meter with an amount of Rs 1000 vide UPI transaction ID[protected] but did not receive a recharge token. My consumer Id is [protected]. I had to do a new transaction subsequently where recharge token was generated.
