I paid my electricity bill of the account number [protected] on 26march2017 at 7:17 pm and amt.of rupees 1125.43 deducted from my account but paymemt reciept didn't generated and bill is still showing unpaid.
So please consider my problem and resolve it as soon as possibe.26/03/2017 UPPCL/170320171819081257852000/[protected]I paid my electricity bill of the account number [protected] on 17march2017 at 6:18 pm and amt.of rupees 242 deducted from my account but paymemt reciept didn't generated and bill is still showing unpaid.

I have called your customer care executive( mvnl) but they are not able to help me out and they are suggesting me to go to the power house and meet sdo for the same problem then what is the need of that customer care
