Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation is cheater. I paid My Tubewell's bill worth ₹1870 on 31st December 2020 then there was not a single Penny was outstanding to pay but UPPCL created a bill again worth ₹1870 on 4th January 2021 again that's also paid by my son that's why I need to know that "Why UPPCL is making fool to its users?"
