I tried online bill payment by bhim upi on 27 dec 18 for below account named "Sudesh" for the month of nov 18:-

Amount: 758.00
Amount got debited from my account, but transaction got failed with uppcl site not responding.
Kindly update me about my transaction.
I attached copy of dispute solve copy of my upi bank account.
