I have a very serious complaint to make. My account number is [protected].
I have not been receiving my electricity bill for the last six months. After 6 months I finally receive a bill which is wrongly charged. I have been surcharged for late payment for every month. But I have not been receiving bills which is your department's fault. I called up the customer care so he asked me to talk to my local office in Varanasi. I went to the Bhelupur office from where my connection is supplied. The SDO incharge Mr. Puri told me that they are not responsible for sending the bills. Instead I am supposed to go and collect it every month from their office. If this was the case, you should have informed us before. You can check my billing history. My payment has always been on time. You are charging me wrongly for someone else's mistake. He also told me that I should be grateful to him because he didn't disconnect my connection. That is your right and you may do whatever you feel is right. But this is pure bullying.
So my request to you is find out the cause of it and provide me with a detailed explanation as to why I did not receive my bills on time and why am I being charged wrongly for your mistakes.
