Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation [UPPCL] — Complaining about erroneous bill and no action by uppcl even after various complaints form last 6 months | |||||
Sir i am a consumer o[censored]PPCL kashi station Varanasi . There is error in my electricity bill in dec 2020 and I complained for it and after my complain i regularly visited the electricity office for bill correction but the officials are giving me some excuses every time and finally when i got tired of this and decided to pay appropriately 80% of my erroneous bill and still visiting regularly for revision/correction of my bill but till the date it is 6 month approximately from written complaint no action is taken by UPPCL.
