Respected Sir/Madam, With due respect, I am writing this letter to inform you that, I am a customer of your UPPCL Rular area Ghazipur Saraila Uttar Pradesh. Over the last few months, I have had a problem with my electricity bill about which I would like to tell you that from the very beginning my electricity bill ranged from 500 to 600. But in the last few months, my electricity bill has reached a minimum of 100 to150 Rs only which is not possible to except but paid every month by online.As far as I’m guessing, it’s not my fault, there’s something wrong with my electric meter. So I reached at my nearest office UPPCL as staff said that there is mistake by us so please pay some more amount & he wrote that amount on the back side of electricity bill.i have a question, is this a worth it to accept this kind of service which is mistake by UPPCL staff. Therefore I request you to please kindly send anyone to check my electric meter. Please do this soon I shall be very thankful to you. I look forward to hearing back from you. Thanking you.
