Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation [UPPCL] — consumer no : [protected] faulty bill generated

This complaint is regarding the bill sent to mr. Sant prakash srivastava - consumer no : [protected] for amount rs.21890 on 11/07/2019.

We have been paying the default bill for amount rs.2000 every month from feburary to till date as the person who comes to take the reading said that he cant take meter reading because of sunlight falling on meter and will come in evening and take the same. However that doesn’t happen and than this lump sum bill is generated.

This issue is happening since feburary 2019. I request to kindly check with person for this as now the huge bill has come. Also we have been paying rs 2000 every month as bill was not generating.

I deeply request you to pls look into this and take corrective measures.

Dear sir our transformer is not working since 6 days and we live in front of power house then still also any member of your corporation is not his work properly sir please solve this problem our address is Nandganj ghazipur pincode-233302
