Dear sir/madam
Since we have installed smart meter, consumption units shown in the meter has been more than doubled. We have already complaint many times but no actions has been taken to rectify the problem.
Now we are asked to pay the incorrect pending bills otherwise they will disconnect the connection.
We want department to replace our incorrect meter with a correct one and rectify the pending bills in a justifiable manner.
