Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation [UPPCL] — correction in address and father's name, which was entered incorrectly by the electric office employee

Dear sir,

I've submitted the documents while new connection of electric meter, but in address and father name, there is mistake. Due to this reason facing many problems. I have visited electric office and submitted all the documents for address proof once again but after 2 months it has not changed, no one listening only assuring.
Kindly help.
