Respected Sir, I'am a rural electricity connection user of Account No.[protected]. Electronic meter installed to my connection on month Sept 2020 but billing is not calculated according to meter. I'm continuously paying installment of my pending dues but remaining amount is not yet decreasing.
Connection is named my father who is no more now hence please transfer connection on my name and correct my bill so that i could make one time payment and clear my dues.
I'll highly obliged.
