Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation [UPPCL] — Current in Neutral phase

Dear Sir,
Since last night around 2 am when the current was restored in the area, the same problem of current in neutral phase is coming. Please get it corrected.
This is the second time I am complaining for the same problem. Please guide.
