Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation [UPPCL] — electric. meter not changed in few hours of my locality

I am a resident of aashiyana, sector i, lucknow and i have been noticing that the digital electronic billing meter has not been installed in a few of my locality houses. As a result of which they have been misusing the electricity.

Please check and ensure that all houses are having same electronic meter installed and nobody should be taking unnecessary advantage due to the lack of it.
