Still after generation of next bill my bill is showing an arrear of rs-5931.41

Sir this is to inform you that there is irregular supply of electricity in AMBICA AVAS SAIDPUR HAWKINS BAREILLY. As the weather is very warm it is becoming uncomfortable.Durnig evening time and during day time this pattern is irregular. It's my kind request to look into the matter

In Central Park Lane Society, Vaishali, Sector 4, there is high voltage fluctuation during the night between 10 pm to 3 am. There is only one transformer providing electricity to many homes. Please install another one to bifurcate the electricity between houses and reduce the voltage fluctuation.
