Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation [UPPCL] — Electricity Bill is twice of meter reading

I use to pay my bill regularly and in feb 2021 they send me ₹10216/ bill I went to there office and they said your meter was not the system now it’s on the system and bill generated. And they revised my bill to ₹6355 but before that 10216 was paid. And they said next month you come and we will correct it but till now they have not corrected and regularly send the bill and in June they cut my power supply and they took ₹10052/ bad connected. My total payment is more that 25000/ and meter reading is nearly 2400 unit. Please help me so I can get returned my money back.
I am away from India Right now.
