Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation [UPPCL] — error 404 for payment of electricity bill and money debited from my bank account

My name is Samarth Niranjan. Today, I paid the electricity bill for 10, New Gole Market, Mahanagar, Lucknow. My UPPCL account number is [protected]. But as I paid the bill, error 404 popped on my screen. I would like to have full refund of the amount I paid. I will attach the transaction detail of my bank account and the error 404 also.
