I have received extra bill of my electricity bill of account number [protected].
I have received average bill 600- 800 approx but now i have received
Rs.4699 of 2 months bill which is not acceptable.
I request you to look into it and kindly dispatch/update the correct bill amount or give some waiver of minimum 60-80% on total bill amount (Now) or if this amount is being claimed to be correct, let me know to take further steps by sending the bifurcation as soon as possible.

Please tell you that For a long time when I login to uppclonline.com with my account no. [protected].
After submitting the detial the following problem is occurring. whose detailed details are as :-
"New connection status is inactive.Please contact us."
In such situation, take the necessary action for login account from your level as soon as possible.
