On dt 13/02/19 at 7 pm i made a payment to uppcl (A/c no [protected]) of amount 2242 through vijaya bank debit card online payment go through techprocess, amount was deducted from my bank but payment was pending, bank transaction no is[protected]. Kindly look matter seriously.in how many days i will get my refund.

This is to inform you that I, Shashank pal, a resident of chaprola railway enclave 2. I have written this letter to you telling that we are facing frequent power cuts at 07 Feb 2019 17:30PM till Now
3 days no power supply.
