Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation [UPPCL] — Faulty meter & incorrect electricity bill

Hi,

My meter seems to be faulty since June 2020. Last months bill shows unit billed consumption of 520 KWH whereas i hardly had usage of 150 KWH from 8th June to 10th July 2020. I already lodged an online complaint on 20-July-2020 vide Case ID "[protected]" & "[protected]" but no action taken yet by the Electricity Deptt. I have also tried to call the customer helpline multiple times but they are absolutely not helpful.
