Tapas Ghosh this side from D-14/14, janta flats, sector-71, Noida writing this content to draw your attention towards a big fluctuations in my bill amount. On 10-06-19, it was showing ₹846, but on 15-06-19, it’s showing ₹5040. How can it be possible for such fluctuations?

I calling to Nivadi road Elecity department regarding complaint but he is spoken we don’t received the complaint without return application, please advise how to possible the return application on office time.
