I am writing to formally bring to your attention a pressing issue regarding the delay in the enhancement of the electricity load for our connection under Paschimanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam. My name is Rajneesh Sharma, and I am the son of Gudiya Devi, with electricity connection number [protected].
On January 22, 2025, I submitted an online application for a load enhancement and promptly made the requisite payment of ₹1700. However, despite the payment being successfully processed, there has been no progress in increasing the load. In an effort to resolve the matter expeditiously, I submitted a second application on January 27, 2025, along with an additional payment of ₹1700. Regrettably, the load enhancement has still not been effectuated.
I subsequently reached out to customer care for clarification and was provided with the complaint reference number PV[protected]. During my conversation with the representative, Mr. Mohammad Umer Khan, I was reassured that the load enhancement would be completed. However, after a waiting period of two days, when I followed up, and another representative informed me that no further action could be taken from their end.
Given the fact that I have made payments on two separate occasions and the issue remains unresolved, I kindly request your immediate intervention to facilitate the necessary load enhancement. I would greatly appreciate your prompt attention to this matter to ensure the situation is rectified without further delay.
