Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation [UPPCL] — I am complaining about the high electricity bill which is going on from a year

My meter was changed a year before and from that day I have been suffering from high electricity bill we dont have AC in our house only 5 fan 1 coller, 1 fridge and 1 water pump and the bill is going around 3k to 4k

Our neighbor have AC in there house and their electricity bill is 2k to 3k

I would request to solve this problem we have been dealing with it from a long time
I was I formed that as the day passes the bill will decrease as the time will pass because the meter is new .

I would be thankful to you please give some solutions
