Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation [UPPCL] — I received increment bill with wrong meter reading

I got my electricity bill incremented Also i did not get the hard copy of the bill, the bill shows units consumed more than the present reading of the meter. I have also complained the uppcl customer care but all in vain till now they have not helped me in correcting the electricity bill i am really worried
