Hi team,

I am the resident of h. No. 10, prabhoo nagar, mathura, uttar pradesh and i have complain regarding electronic meter which is not calculating units consumed correctly as it is running too fast as per actual consumption of electricity.

Please review your meters and rectify this on urgent basis as this problem is being faced by many users in the city.

I am getting a very excess bill that is above 14, 000 in September/October 2019.
Our all previous bills were in between Rs 1, 000 to 2, 000.
My Account No is [protected] and Bill no is[protected]. I am Sure something mistake from electricity Department or Meter Faulty. they did not responds properly.
