Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation [UPPCL] — meter change

I have already complaint for meter change offline in the head office of the power house. But still there is no action or no change meter. I am sharing you my account detail regarding this as per below :-

Bill amount :- 3527.0

It is rural meter. So i need to change the meter as soon as possible. And also for checking the reading per month.

I have apply for connection transfer with receipt no:[protected] on Dt. 23.01.2019 and Account No. :[protected]
.This account is not online updated after three month due to this reason my electricity bill is not generated.
