Account No. - [protected] I filed a complaint with reference no. MRI-168796 dated- 16/03/2021 and signed the complaint by the JE of my area. The next day, I submit the application in the SDO Office. As per said by an officer there, my application had been sent to the lab by ref. No. 705 on dated 17/03/2021. Since then I visit the ammeter and SDO office many times regarding my complaint but no further action was taken. Everyone on the office keep saying that we will resolve the issue in 2-3 days. There was a person named Rajesh, who is responsible for meter change but he keep saying that he didn't get the approval and when i contact to the lab for approval they ask me for the copy of complaint and when i send that to him, he was not picking my call or replying my messages anymore. Kindly take my complaint on priority basis and resolve the issue as soon as possible Was this information helpful? | |
