Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation [UPPCL] — no light connection of my village in 30 house

I would like to complain on my village problems.in my village there are no street lights properly maintained due to that people afraid to go out in the night times.
We don't even know about village fund from govt. He didn't even spend 10% in it.

Villagers are also not in position to believe him. Would request to please do the investigate and take necessary action.

I am very much regretting to have such a useless/worthless president to my village.

Hope my message/complain will help at least 10% to my village.
