I have paid my electricity bill by cheque in most of the time but before last year, many types of problems was face during submission of bill ...most of the time the sumbitting officer says that " softear is not working or cheque bill payment is not allow in this center "
Today 's a similar problem was caused the officer which are submitting bill is says that the system software is change and he is not able to pay the bill by cheque ...and says go to SDO office ...last time I was also go there and SDO says those who say this to you just say to give that thing in writing ...so, I say this thing and the worker call the SDO ...I don't not he talk or not but he say that the SDO is not recieve the call ...no one can help me ...I request you sir /maam please take some action regarding this ...because I think many people facing such type of thing every day most of them are senior citizens and the feel very bad ...and they have a very worst image o[censored]PPCL ...so please take some action regarding this Was this information helpful? |
