Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation [UPPCL] — Not updating correct reading | |||
Hi All, This is in regards to raise a concern for not properly updating the meter reading while generating the bill. Hence, false meter bill reading is been recorded and based on that, new bill is generated. I came to know that the meter reading guy is purposely doing so and generating false bill repeatedly saying the meter is faulty. When I reached the UPPCL office and talked to higher authorities, they came and checked and told that the meter is working fine and have no issues. My meter is in idf for past 6 months and I've paid the bill for the same. Now again I checked the bill for this month and the same issue is there. They also cut down the electricity after 2-3 days generating the previous bill when no one is at the home. I faced a lot problems with this. Kindly advice how to proceed.
