Hello, I made the electricity bill payment on 5th December. While making the payment, the amount was deducted but the payment stayed still and I did not receive any confirmation of payment. I waited for a few days assuming the failed transaction would be reversed but nothing like that happened. Then I wrote an email to this address: [protected]@outlook.com but haven't received any reply yet.I can't find any good medium to convey this problem to the company directly, hence now I am writing my complain here, in hope of help.
