Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation [UPPCL] — power supply not coming

I have electricity connection from paschimanchal vidut vitran nigam limited and we are five family in our Gali. My address Garhi kalangri dist bagpat up. My connection account no[protected]. I logged complaint on 1912 many times but they closed my complaint without any resolution on their staff behalf. I meet with SDO till and gave all mater in written and call to Action tilla more also. But they all not provide resolution. On call centre I received call from Sonia, Neetu, Mahesh and Abhishek after closed complaint automatically. If my complaint received by an authority person please help me and contact me on-[protected].
