Dear sir, I wish to inform you that i am shyama devi w/o late mr. Ram roop tiwari from village - pure lakhai pandey, post - hazipatti, paragana - miranpur, distt:- sultanpur up 227805. The pole has uprooted due to storm hence the supply of electricity has discontinued and the necked cable has scattered which may cause harmful for villagers. My connection is of electric supply is off from pole for which I registered complain in purani basti power house on 12/7/17 morning 11:am.and till now the problem is same.This matter is known by higher authorities of dept.please solve my problem

I was making payment but the transaction failed and amount was debited and has not been refunded... It has been more than 2week... Kindly take action as soon as possible... That will be a great act of yours failing which i will do the needful
